why wouldnt it be? the frame was not modded at all, it used to be a box truck (uhaul as stated above, look at the colors on the front) you probably cant legally have people in the back, but as far as actually putting that body on there, theres no reason it shouldnt be legal. Ive seen way weirder stuff than this. it looks like it just needs a single color paint job and would probably look a lot cooler.....
