Default Wiring up Satellite Radio

Hello.

In my '00 TTQ, I have a Clarion VRX815 Head Unit, on a bose system and it is not Sat radio ready. I wired up a Sirius Tuner and antenna in my last car, but that head unit was sat. radio ready. I was wondering which kit I should go with, since I prefer the quailty of hard wired vs. fm transmitted. Can it be done? I still have my old tuner and antenna, but it's a kenwood brand and I doubt it would work. Should I just go FM, is the quality alright?

Thanks.

Default RE: Wiring up Satellite Radio

Yea depends on what you want, FM transmit works but it sucks wannng for quality. What ever you end up going i would highly reccomend getting anew sat system and hardwire it in with a fm direct tuner or something along those lines. If you got some specific questions about it PM me, i work with these everyday installing them

LEt me know- TK
