BIG HELP!!!
 

well so the story is that my friend built his rally car, and now with 2 days left till the tech inspect he dyno'd the car, here are the results:

2176rpm's = 13.63:1
4715 rpm's = 13.46:1

between those rpm's the car runs incredible lean, really lean! Even at those rpm's its lean...
His mods are Fuel pump 84 4000 quattro
computer 87 5k t.quattro
injectors 5k t.quattro also 87
fuel distributor = 85 or 87 t.quatro
boost set at 13 psi, max torque = 187.2 @ 3750 max power= 139 @4000

This car has less power than a honda civic, the air flow plate potentiometer is not hooked up, the guy that did all the work disappeared off the face of the world, and were stuck... anyone know anyone or any website that will help us out??
