Last December 2003 I placed an order for a 2004 Audi A4 with the exact desired specifications. I waited 3 months for the car and today was the day I recieved the call the my car has finally
arrived, then 3 hours later I get another phone called stating that my car had been sold and an honest mistake had been made. Keep in mind the a month ago I had recieved my VIN number and placed a 500 deposit. The general manager stated the best he could do is to return my deposit. Dishonest cheats with no desire to serve the customer.

Oh they served the customer alright, the customer with the most money. Now it's time for you to find the dealership that serves you. Walk into Keyes Audi about 30 minutes before closing and take a looooooong test drive and let them know how interested you are and ready to buy. Then when it comes time to give your John Hancock tell them you found a better deal online and walk out.
