I boughta brand new2004 AUDI A8 4.2 Quattro ((a cencelled reservation car)) from the dealer, but still didn't arrive - maybe next week -, It will take time till installing on the ABT Kit + 2007 Shape,
But I want to know what is the difference between this model and the 2007's model in interior, exterior, technologies&under-hood, because I saw no difference between these two models exept the front spoiler which will be upgraded.

It's late to say that the ABT Kit is expensive, because it's in 'Ali & Son's' workshop, waiting to install the Kit, and I already reserved / bought the car by paying half price. Besides we know the dealer personally, so we had it with less price or maybe cost-price.
Not only are they different in looks, the newer models have a push button start which most 04 models don't have. The display on newer models also have a picture of the vehicle when you are parking showing where objects are in proximity to the vehicle by flashing lines in front or rear of the vehicle.(closer and shorter lines means you are closer to the object) There is also an adaptive cruise control system that only the new body style has integrated into the front grille (optional) that will more or less drive itself when activated (it won't let you drive into the car in front of you if your spacing out.) It also makes it about a 4 hour procedure to perform a 4 wheel alignment because you have to set up a special tool during the alignment to keep the adaptive cruise control set correctly, or you would drive into the car in front of you, lol! Besides that to change the oil there is a coolant pipe on the 04 that you have to kinda bend to remove the oil filter which can cause a coolant leak, which the engine would have to be removed on. Other than that its about the same. Sorry if i put a wrench in the works.

That would be a late body 04 or an early 05, when the A8 first came off the trucks back in late 03 i did most of the PDI inspections before the dealer soldthem and i never saw push button start switches.

and I can't ask him, because he'll say " We bought the car, what are you worried about ?!!! ",
besides he said " you'll get the car even though you got your license or not " ( i'm 17 yrs ).
