I'm very well informed on the NYSmarijuanalawsand am happy to report that it is decriminalized in this state. My friend was arrested for marijuana possesion (in my car no less) and not only did the cops let him walk out of the police station with my bowl in his pocket (a bowl is a misdemeanor offense in NYS), but his case was droped due to a fuckup on his court date setting. He didn't even pay for a lawyer.
