Default can anyone help me out?

hey, i know this isnt a chop for a sig, but its more along the lines of a chop for a possible tat idea... i dont have a photoshop and wanna try to see if this design works

so heres the idea... have the celtic hounds in the foreground, and these two oars crossed in the background... anyone think they could quickly photoshop this for me??? please???
