Default Intrax Springs... Any Good?

I've been looking into getting a new suspension set-up for my 2001 A4 Quattro. I've kind'a settled on Bilstein shocks/struts whateverhowever I'm having trouble making a deceission on springs. I see Intrax makes a spring listed as a 1.7in drop, so that put's it kind'a between a sport spring (1.3in-1.5in) and a race spring (1.9in-2.1) in. Anyone have experience with any of there products?

Default RE: Intrax Springs... Any Good?

I'm also looking into springs for my car. I can't tell you anything about Intrax on an Audi unfortunately, but I had a set of Intrax springs on my 300Z, which dropped the car 1.5" f/r, and they were awesome in conjunction with the KYB AGX adjustable struts I had. They were significantly stiffer than stock, but since the struts could be adjusted for compression/rebound, the ride could be made anywhere from softer than stock to Viper-hard. Overall, I loved those springs. Great ride, the perfect drop for that car, and really good reflexes on the road. I can't speak for how they work on the Audi, but given my experience with them on my Z, I'd happily consider them again for this car.
