Default Transmission oil leaking/Brake problems

Does anyone know why when at high revs Iget what seems to be an oil dump all over my exhaust. It usually happens when I'm on an incline or shifting from 3rd to D at hiway speeds. Could a bad mainseal cause this. Also my brakes seem to have stopped working. I had the booster ckecked and it turned out that I had leaking vacume hoses. These were replaced but the problem still exists. Master cylinder, calipers? Any help would be appreciated as I just spent $2000.00 on a major tune up amd brake fix. It's a 92 100 CS

The oil problem also happens when the tranny kicks down itselfto pass or whether I shift down manually. The brakes do work but Ihad to apply an enormous amount of pressure to get it to stop. That's why I thought maybe the master. I was driving and it just happened., not gradual.

could be master ... or the hydraulics messed up .... and see if that leaking fluid is not PS fluid .... leaking PS fluid would also cause bad brakes ... check the tranny level by the book

Also when it happened, the pads were worn down to nothing. I replaced the pads and rotors with new.
