I just bought a 2004 Audi A6 2.7T S-line and need some assistance in identifying a part mounted in front of the radiator (looks like some sort of sensor). The part number is 1J0973702, I think. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

The only thing I can find with that part # is
wiring harness for brake pad wear indicator
with:
speed sensor
==============================
- 1J0973702 flat connector housing 2 pin
connecting part black
brake lining with cable

Shouldn't be infront of the radiator though.
In front of the radiator I have air temperature sensor.

Well I figured that it must be a sensor of some sort, (exterior temp or water temp since it's in front of the radiator) but not sure. Just want to know exactly what it is, maybe I'll just ask the Audi Service department when I get a chance to go over to the dealer.
