Default Thinking about buying a 98 Audi A6 quattro

The car has 110,091 miles it seems in pretty good condition overall. The only problems are the dash cup holder is broken, it seems that something is missing from the tool kit area, and the air bag light is on. I searched the archives and I'm gonna check to see if the connections under the seats are loose or if there is a switch in the glove box for the pass side air bag. Anything else I should be weary of, i.e. common problems with an this year A6 with this many miles?

Thanks for any help you guys can give me.
