Default 2001 A6 2.7 TT

I recently bought a certified Pre-owned 2001 A6, 2.7 TT from a local dealer. The car is great and I am really glad I made the purchase. One problem, I have an intermittent sound comming from the ventilation system on the right side that sounds like a sparrow. It comes and goes and sometimes even changes level during acceleration or de-acceleration. The sound does go away if I turn off the climate control. Any one have any ideas. The car is still under warranty, but I would like some idea of what it is befoe I take it back to the dealer. Thanks in advance

I

I have the same exact sound when the climate control is on level one or two (fan speed). If you turn up the fan the sound goes away. Let us know what you find out.

Same thing on my '01 A6 as well. It's real faint on the lowest settings.
