Default too simonize, or not?

i have a 05 audi, just picked up from the loaner fleet, and as a result, it sat outside most of the time, after being run through car washes, etc. as a result i want to get the mirrior like finish. should i simonize the vechicle, or just buff it out?

u should try claybaring then polishing then waxing then glazing, just read through the detailing section posts to learn how to properly do all the step, its only a 2005 so hopefully u wont need to have it professionally buffed and polished with a power buffer

to be honest take some close up picks and post in the "ask a detailer" thread and u will get the exact advice u need on what you must do

later

thanks for that, truthfully i can get the entire car professionallt buffed for $100, sounds cheaper than getting the clay bar, etc. which will probably set me back $100+ time, after that i can just polish it after it's washed.
