greekA4 -> > CUSTOM built 1.8t and 2.8 exhausts!!!, custom built exhausts (5/23/2007 12:14:21 AM)

I have recently gained access to a full shop and the layouts for the 1.8TQ and 2.8Q exhaust systems, as well as s4 systems, and I will soon have 1.8t and 2.8 FWD. I am certified in Tig welding and have a lot of metal working experience. I will be making custom stainless steel exhuasts (cat-back and turbo back units) made from high quality t304SS. Buyers will have a choice of 2.5,2.75,or3.0 inch setups with there choice of muffler and/or resonator. This is where the price tag comes in to play. Buyers will have a choice between Borla or custom-modified Aero parts, and exhausts will range from 600-750 dollars. This is a DEAL for a custom mandrel bent quality exhaust system. I know there will be interest because a lot of BT guys on the forums could use a larger 3.0 turbo back, and supercharged 2.8ers will also need larger piping. Remember quality like this can only be found on the Milltek exhaust which is 900 dollars and only ONE pipe size? please post any comments or interests, as well as possible buyers. These exhausts will be made upon request and made to perfectly suit each individuals needs/wants.

Also, for 2.8 and s4 models, due to the dual cats, I do think that a true dual exhaust would be favorable, and of course, one of a kind. The only company offering a true dual system is AWE tuning for the s4, and there prices are pretty steep. I can offer you the same unique style of exhaust, with the same great quality of welds and bends, at a much lower price.

how much are you offering for dual exhausts for an S4?

Are you set up for the 2.8 FWD yet? I have a 98 fwd 2.8 30v auto/tip and am interested in a cat-back with a magnflow or borla muffler  Thanks Randy

I've got a '97 A4 2.8 quattro with manual trans, interested in a dual cat-back Borla setup. How much would that cost?

Thanks a bunch!
