Default Turbo Mag X-T....is this BS?

Just saw this on ebay, and I was wondering if anyone has used this or have any opinions on it.

I assume it's someone just trying to take advantage of people in a time when fuel prices are causing people to make stupid decisions. I am sure he is trying to sell them so cheap that he can move alot of them and if they don't work, no one will complain or report him for a faulty product.

If it sounds too good to be true...

See, one of the feed back replies.

"Quick Shipping, not sure if it works but for the price it doesn't hurt to try."

There are several feedbacks left that state the item does not work. One feedback said he wanted his money back, but seller would nto do it.
