Default What should i do with exhaust?!?!

I have a 1992 Audi 100S and just recently had to change it over to a 5-speed because the wiring harness got all messed up. Now i want to put a nice sounding exhaust on it. Has anyone done exhaust on thier car that doesnt sound like a crazy Honda, but makes it sound like a ferrari or that? my friend has a bmw with dual straights and 2 1/2" tips and sounds really nice, should i do this? Any ideas on a nice sounding exhaust?

Considering the age of the car, your best bet would be to have a custom made exhaust done at a local shop. You can get great results for low bucks.

Yeah i am going to be bringing it into my local exhaust shop monday to see what he can do with it. I was thinking on doing dual pipes from the two catylic's all the way back with 2 1/2 or 3 " tips on it. Or if that doesnt sound good i may have to just leave the muffler on and take off the secondary or condenser muffler off.
