hey guys im new to audis i got my first one 2 days ago its a 99.5 a4 1.8t and im looking ot get it chipped because that seem to be the largest power increase before switching turbos and junk so im loking for some advice on some chips. I want some thing thats going to work for me later on to, because within the next couple months i plan on rebuilding the motor and put some serious power to the ground and i need something thats gonna be able to handle it.

That really is a vague question man. Use the search feature on this forum and also on the a4 forum. You will find a ton of info on the a4 forum, since somebody asks about this nearly everyday.
For your car........ you will want either APR or GIAC. Most will promote GIAC and GIAC is probably the best option if you want to get a bigger turbo. I know they have a ko4 file, and they k04 is a direct bolt on replacement for the ko3 (stock turbo).
I have the APR, and I like it. It gives good power throughout the power band and it seems stongest in the higher rpms. I hear GIAC is the opposite. More torque...but weak in the high.
You can do some serious stuff with the APR chip though....do a search for APR stage III.

APR chip is the best for high rpm's and helps with that turbo lag by increasing the torque i am happy with it. now looking for bigger injectors any suggestions please let me know
