Default Volume Control Knob for Subwoofer?

I have an Alpine M450 Mono Amp with an 12' Infinity Kappa in the trunk.

How can I get some sort of knob to control my bass? Right now I just have it set to an ok level and I adjust the bass on the headunit, but I want more control.

Thanks!

You'd eitherhave tobuy an amp that has a bass control knob, or get an EQ if you want fine-tuning.

Not exactly.

I got an in-line RCA volume control knob a few years back to control my subwoofer volume. It had an input with female RCA jacks going to a knob, then an output with female RCA jacks. I just ran a short cable from my headunit to the inputs, then ran my long cable to the amp from the outputs. It worked great. I couldn't find it on the site anymore, so you might want to check the store.

I did find this, though: http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...entPage=search

Then convert the ends to RCA-style.
