The tranny needes to be warmed up, then level checked and added as needed.  getting the tranny to temp is hard, right temp that is.  you can simply check on after driving for 5-15 min, then carfully toping the fluid all way through. Wont be presice, but close to.
That remids me, I should check it as well on my car.

if its like a cap on the tranny, then you just top off till its full, if it has a tube for the stick, then ether stick is missing, or audi got confused when assembled the car.

same here, looks like you are missing the stick.  Does the cap looks like it should have the stick atached?

if very low, then nope.  you need a way to find the level in the tranny
use like a plastic tube to see how much oil you have down there

If it's like Mecedes, then there is no dipstick (just the idtio that designed it this way). You need to go to the dealer and buy a dipstick from the parts counter, then warm up the tranny and check the level.

The same idtio at Mercedes apparently decided that the engine oil didn't need a dipstick either for a few years, you have to read the dash to tell if the oil is low!!!
