I noticed that the top of the rear view mirror in my 99 a6 has lost the darkness, but the rest of the mirror looks ok. My wife was cleaning the glass and used automotive glass cleaner on the mirror. Is there a fix for it, or do I have to replace the mirror and if that is the case is there a company that can replace it w/o replacing the whole casing ? If not does any body know of a place where I can order one besides the stealer I mean the dealer or ebay ?
