Default new to forum

Hi - just picked up a 2004 S4 (don't have all the lingo down yet, but would that be a b6?). Anyway, I'm really liking it so far . I've been driving a 85 635csi since 90, so this is quite a change. Looking forward to joining the forum,
Cheers!

Hi James, welcome to the forum. Yes a 2004 would be a B6 S4. Wow, that really is a change for the better!

Welcome to Audi Forums abacab!

Since you're new... check out the START HERE! (click this link) link to get a rundown of the lingo/vocab here at audiforums.

Then be sure to search the archives when you have a question. Chances are the question has been asked before (probably several times) and the archives will have plenty of information to answer your question. If you still need answers, please feel free to ask questions.

Don't feel intimidated; we are all a bunch of pretty cool guys (and gals). Feel free to post advice, comments, ideas, suggestions, and even pics.

Glad to see you have an Audi, but sad to see the 6 go. I always loved that style BMW.

I'm with you on the 6, and luckily I am keeping it....It needs some work, so it is going to be a 'project' car for awhile.
