03 A6 Bucking like a Bronco in Reverse

Anyone else have this "bucking" sensation about every 10 times or so the car is put in Reverse? I have to throw it back in park and wait a minute and try again. Dealership can't find anything wrong with it!

Just wait, eventually it will throw a code, probably for the torque converter.
Try changing the fluid as well, it might be dirty and making the valve body stick.
