Default How should I clean/protect the glass roof of my A3?

First, I apologize if this has been covered in one of the threads, I searched on this and did not find anything specific.

The A3 with OpenSky has a black glass (or at least I think it's glass-like) roof. I understand that I should wash this as I would the rest of the car and I've used detailing spray with a clay bar on it as well. The one thing I did not do was wax or polish it because it doesn't appear to be like regular paint.

Well my question is: What is the ideal method of cleaning the roof, and what should I use to protect it?

Thanks in advance!

Clean it like the rest of the car, clay it like the rest of the car. I would put some wax on it, so you don't get water spots.

Ah so I can wax it. Good to know. I was afraid that wax should only go on the painted panels.
