did u erased all codes after tune-up ? Hmm, best way is connect your audi thru VAG-COM and see, what's going on.
Check this for codes explanation http://www.2carpros.com/kpages/diagnostic_trouble_codes.htm

You have camshaft faults on both banks? How many miles are on your car? I would be checking you  timing belt it might have slipped a tooth or something. Pull off the cover and check how tight the T belt is.

update;

I put Lucas with Oil change, and lucas fuel cleaner drove about 200 miles now all codes are gone except p0300 p0301,0302 etc missfire on all cylinders
but yes I can feel the car Misfiring at low rpms like 7-800 RPM otherwise it drives perfect.

BTW I have 118k miles, will check the belts

I just saw the main plastic fan is missing two wings, could that be reason of the misfire/shaking.

is it easy to replace the plastic fan and not the whole clutch thing.

No i would first check the timing belt ASAP! Even more so if you have 118k miles and don't know if it has been changed. If the belt has slipped enough to cause miss-fire faults it might not be long before it slipps enough teeth on the belt to bend valves in the cylinder head, don't drive it until you know its ok.
When checking the belt you shouldn't be able to twist the belt more than 45 degrees.

twist you mean i can move it with the hand like push it around in clockwise position... how much does it cost to replace the timing belt estimate?

I checked my belts and they seem fine and tight... not too much wear I guess... should I use Sea Foam?

what else could cause P0300 code.

I think your not seeing what the pictures are telling you ( low oil pressure ) this will effect the valves which are hydraulic and that throws the valve timing out hence the P0300 valves not doing their job,

edit: cylinder head oil pressure too low, CMP actuator sticking/defective

if that dosnt solve it you have a serious oil pressure problem to the cylinder heads

nope just the oil pump or a clogged oil vent to the cylinder heads but the CMP is suspect

Aren't you supposed to replace your timing belt every 60k miles? .....or is this just on the 4.2's?

60 is a little early, every 80k is good practice. Audi calls for 105k but i think they changed it because they kept on buying cylinder heads for people from snapped timing belts.

post #11 shows how to test it with the multimeter.

I use slick 50 not sure if it is available over there as for Lucas they have a very good name and dont see any problem with it ( always read the instructions ),
