3 RS4 center grills
1. Pull out old grills
2. Pull bumper
3. Remove the stock grills from the holders. There are little tabs that have been plastic welded, grind them off.
4. Remove the - from the grill holders, I used a dremal with a plastic cutting wheel. Get up really close so the bulge is gone.
5. Sand around the area, back sand, both sides about 2in.
6. Find the - that you cut, remove a little to use as a backing for the hole. Epoxy that piece to the back of grill holder
7. Fill in the area with Bondo
8. sand the bondo down smooth, fill in with the glaze, resand
9. Paint the grills.
10. Line up the RS4 grills so they are uniform across all 3 pieces.
11. cut the grills to fit, epoxy them in place, trim of all the access. There will be a slight gap at the top of the side grills.
12. Reassemble entire bumper.
13. Stand back & admire your hard work.
