Default San Jose Dealerships and Service Centers

My 2003 TT has a really annoying creaking sound coming from the rear end. I tend to only hear it at low speeds, like driving around city streets and parking lots. It sounds like metal on metal. I'm scared. I just bought the car about 2 weeks ago.

I'm assuming the factory warranty doesn't cover this? (cars at 45k). I want to get this problem fixed, but I'm not sure about where to take my car. I'm wary of dealerships because I know how they can overcharge and generally screw a lot of people over for service issues.

So if anyone can recommend a place to take my TT in the southbay I'd really appreciate it! Hopefully some place that is trustworthy and does quality work (with decent turn-around). Probably too much to ask, but I can dream!
