Audi's hold up reasonably well, but require quite a bit of maintenance especially given the age and mileage. If you can’t do most of the repairs yourself then I don’t recommend buying any car with more than 100K as quite often small little things creep up and taking it to a mechanic is going to cost you. If the car has been well maintained and some common items (radiator, distributor, struts, shocks, clutch, timing belt, water pump, ball joints, exhaust, head gasket, valve seals, climate control, etc.) have been changed then it might be a good buy. If not you can pretty much expect to be doing them yourself.
