Default LED Dash Display Problems

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

The dash display, that shows things like radio station, alerts... outside temperature...etc. Sometimes has missing lines in it. They frequently go away, or jump (just one row of pixels is usually all thats missing) Is this something that others have experienced? The fact that it is intermittent leads me to think maybe its a loose connection or something, but likely inside the display unit itselt. Do these things break down? Is this common?

Thanks

You've stumbled upon a pretty common problem. Unfortunately you cannot just replace the LED display, you must replace the entire dash. While replacing the unit, some people run into problems with the odometer which must be reprogrammed to display the correct mileage. Please keep this in mind.
