I am trying to replace my catalytic converter with a test pipe on my 02 1.8 A4. Does anyone know if the whole exhaust has to be removed for this to be possible. And also how do you squeeze that dang thing out of there once i get the actual cat conv. bolted off?

You might have to cut it down? I wouldnt reccomend that tho just take your time you will get it these things arnt supposed to be just a 10min install remember that.
