For the welcome. So far its a pretty fun car, It could use another 75-100ftlbs of TQ. A little low end boost would be great! But I wont complain to loudly. Im with ya, the pics of the Cab are fantastic. Im a hard top guy for a daily driver. But hey thats just me. Dont be shy, BUY, BUY,BUY!!!

sweete, Not complaining, just thinking out loud. I Traded in a 06 WRX STI, that was my old driver. I have a Supercharged 96 Mustang Cobra that im building into a Silver-State/ Road race car. My sunny day car is a Superformance Cobra Replica with an All Aluminum big block Ford Its a disease. Im actually in the process of building a bigger motor for my Cobra rep. Another all aluminum big block Ford. But this one is 565 ci, big ported heads,12 to 1, full roller, EFI, dry sumped, blah, blah, blah. We are shooting for 850hp @ 7700 on 91 octane. Should be extra silly fast (if it goes straight!!) oh well gotta have some fun!
cary12, Thank you
S4speedfreak, You and I read from the same Bible , Drive it till i blows up, then replace it with a stronger, better, faster one.

Welcome man awsome cars, you know the RS5 might be comin with a twin turbo version of the RS4 motor... might give you that low end boost you're lookin for
Dude I want your Cobra, I drove one and they are nuts. It had similar stats as yours right now. I cant imagie one with 850hp, it would be insanse like ridiculous.

HA! another guy who traded up from sushi to saurbraten. welcome to AF. I loved my STi but that's because I had no idea what I was missing in the RS4. Just as fast, just as nimble but sooooooo much more comfortable. and you don't have to explain on first dates why you're driving a car with a big silly wing on the back
you'll probably notice that you'll be driving the same turns you did in your STi but going 10mph faster in the RS4 without even trying. and you'll think, "hmm, they must have repaved the roads..." but you'll soon realize it's the RS4's forgiving suspension compared to the roo.
TR, I drove the STI harder, but it always felt like a kids car (my wife hated it and called it the "shopping cart"= big handle in the back) The RS4 is so out of its league, Its hard to compare them. But that’s what another 40 large gets you. The problem I have is, where as the wife hated the STI with the fire of 1000 suns and WOULDN’T drive it. She now complains (constantly) that her Navigator isn’t “cool” enough!! And how it’s not fair that’s she cant drive the Audi all the time. But I can make it up to her with a Cayenne Turbo!!!
Lol that would be some garage RS4, Cayanne Turbo, the Replica Cobra, and the 1996 Mustang Cobra. HAHA a car for everyone. The funny thing is most people would be satisfied with the 96 mustang. That would also be a ridiculus gas bill: A RS4 and a Cayanne Turbo as daily drivers, both need premium. LOL I love it.
Yea except for the part about my wife not being into cars!! I get crap daily about her not being able to park in the garage, HA, she crashes into sh... stuff out side, aint no way shes pulling in between the Cobra and the Mustang every night!!
yohan, A steady aim, good breath control and no remorse. You too can have one.
