Hey guys I'm looking to see how a set of 18's look on various 2.7Ts. I currently have the stock audi 17"bbs. It seems that I am always wiping off brake dust from them. Just replaced brakes all around too. They are impossible to keep clean.
So, screw it I want some new shoes and don't know what color scheme or model to go with. I'm thinking black with a chrome lip. My car is silver.
So, if you would post some pics of your wheels. I just want to see some different types and also how the car will sit. I have stock suspension for now. Let me know if your lowered in the pics.
I have been looking on Discount Tire Direct for wheels and they offer 19"s with a 255/35/19 tire. Have you had any discussions about this tire size. Do you know if that is Kosher. I have seen some nice wheels at GMPs' in Charlotte online of course. But they are craaazy expensive. I am just a lowly Gov't employee....I cant afford $800.00 a rim
Not 225 but 255/35/19. I know they have more rims. I was just embelishing a little. But the best lookin ones are $1600.00 a wheel. maybe i should sell my Expedition.
they have a nice set of CH's for sale.. I saw them Friday when I stopped byt to see Stephen... CAn't go wrong with CH's... they look great on the A6. They have a new Rh R8 replica wheel for 250/each a nice RAT 2 piece for 600+/each, the RAn is nice too or even the Axis Decade stagerred look for 350.... plenty to chose b/w 250 and 600... I would not do 255/35 on a 2.7, stick to 245/35.. stil within OK RPM/diameter
yeah those were the anthracite CK's with 500 miles on them! I just got a brand new rim and tiree to replace the bent wheels and had prince wheels fix the scratches on the rear one, looked brand new. I sold them. I still have my stock BBS RC for sale, may have a buyer for them at 700/set
