It wont be coming to Blu Ray [:@] [] [:'(]

Ive been trying to read around, and looks like their might be a way
if we get an import Blu-ray version... or maybe even rumors of a late release blu ray??

no doubt - but if history is any indication

Beta was a better picture, more compact than VHS and was back by Sony as well...

HD-DVD FTW!

I actually think Blu-ray will come out on top, which is depressing because I like HD-DVD way better. Sony blows [:'(]

I'm in the market for a new DVD player, and I don't know whether I should buy a regular DVD player, or wait until the Blu-Ray / HD-DVD war is settled.

both have their advantages / disadvanages...

I was in the market for an upgrade... and I leaned towards the Ps3 bec i have all my old games that
are compatible / upscalable.. thats really what appealed to me.

Of course there is a way...

Buy the HD-DVD player. [8D]

Maybe the BlueRay will be released in Asia? They have everything there.
