Default 2001 a6 static in drivers side speaker, window lock, and a/c

i get lots of static in my drivers side speakers when it is raining or real humid outside. other times it is fine. wanted to know if this was a common problem? and if it was just a bad connection at the head unit or what? any advice on how to fix?also my window lock button is stuck in the one position and i was wondering if there was a way to fix this or just permanently disable it?My a/c doesnt blow cold as well. any common issues with this? i can get hot air, just not cold, and the a/c lines are full of freon.
thanks in advance

With the speaker i would check the connections on the speaker itself, then on the head unit. If no problems there, try running your own wires from the head unit to the speaker (you don't have to run them under the trim, etc) if this eliminates the problem you know you have bad wires. If not it's either the speaker or a moisture leak (since you said it does it when it rains, etc)

As for the window lock your best bet is to just replace the switch.

I'm not much of an expert on the a/c on these cars so i can't help you there.
