hey guys im new to the forum...and the moment i have a 2004.5 350z with plenty of mods...which i am selling...i will be getting either an 04 or 05 audi a4 1.8t........here's the problem guys i have over 300+ hp in the Z and i want to know how much horsepower is possible from the stock 1.8 turbo..and how do i do it????........or do i have to upgrade turbos...because i rele dont want to unless i have too......hopefully i willl have my audi soon..but any information would be GREATY APPRECIATED.....thanx guys

hey! welcome. Sorry no one got around to you, sooner! we get a little lively, sometimes, and forget to stop by the "newbs" area. Andway, to answer your question, speed (and/or HP) is only a matter of $$$. How much power you want? How much $$$ ya got?

yep, yer gonna hafta go BIG on teh turbos to touch 300hp. Remember, it's a 4, not a 6, like teh 350 is. plus, it's a sedan, not a coupe, so it's heavier. if you want some ideas about what is possible, power-wise, I suggest swinging by out TechCertified group and asking around. Look up rayveedub. he's my mechanic, and pretty knowladgable aboput what kinda power you can make with which mods.
