I think the mythbusters did something on this...if i remember correctly it ended with a seized motor. Maybe if they put more sand in it, it will run better.

Sand is like synthetic oil.  Once you start using sand, you just can't get the same performance any more from pure filtered air.

If the mods want they can simply check the Ip adress of the new member with the problem vs exsisting members and find who the culprit is. Then give em a bitch slap.
