If the mods want they can simply check the Ip adress of the new member with the problem vs exsisting members and find who the culprit is. Then give em a bitch slap.

...or it was one of them messing with us

If this isn't a joke that guy shouldn't reproduce.  If you actually put sand into the intake what ever damage was done you deserve.

I thought it would be cool to paint the inside of my engine so I went to home depot and got a gallon of paint and put my intake in it.  I had to mash the gas to the floor so the engine would run.  My turbo didn't spool but i think it's broken because it's covered in paint.  My engine won't start now and my exhaust has paint in it.  What should I do?  Also I ran out of motor oil so I filled the crank case with fudge.  Is this ok?  It looks the same.  Can I drive the car?

What is the difference between sludge and fudge? i thought A4's already had sluge in there crank case...

Joke or not, it's still hilarious. It would be more so had it been real, though!

most people aren't that ignorant in the car world. YOu want hilarious go 2 a motorcycle stealership and listen in on the conversations. It's even funnier when they crash pullin out the dealership on their 9.7 second quarter mile bike with no expierence. They will buy 9 second bikes and then ask where the clutch it,how come with the left pedal held down the bike can still roll. Man, i'm in the car and bike scene and have yet to see the stupidity in the car scene come close to the bikes.

Hahahahaha, WOW, do yourself a favor, next time you have a thought, just let it go. Tell your Honda "tuner" buddy to do the same.

It just occured to me that the procedure wasn't flawed, but the materials were.  Think about it.  These cars are built in the Black Forest aren't they?  He shouldn't have used good old regular sandblasting sand, he should have procured some black lava sand from Hawaii.

Someone should keep a list of the good replies to this post.  Some of the funniest comments I've ever seen.

btw:  Blinker fluid should be changed every 25,000 blinks or 6 months whichever comes first.  If you're female or over sixty, 25000 blinks comes around really fast.  If you live in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, California or Texas, you don't care if your blinker works so don't worry about it.  You can get one of those cute blinker logs at truck stops.

Oh and, make sure you buy 2 bearings if you have dual exhaust.  Hate having to go back to the store for the other one.  Audi bearings are better than the Chinese aftermarket ones, but everyone seems to think it's a damn joke when you're looking for them.  I finally got an Audi parts manager to give me the official part number for them.  It's 3.

Ok, maybe it isn't that funny, but the regular writers are on strike.

And, yes, sadly, I registered just so I could add to the fray....
So sue me.

This is one f**kin hilarious post.  If it was, at one point, a true story, then fair play to the Honda 'mechanic' for getting another Audi off the road...LOL!!!
