Default Should he stay or go?

So, we have this new guy at work to fill in a roll that has been painfully vacant for months. He's been here for two weeks, and I already hate him and want him gone. He borrowed my van yesterday and somehow managed to f*ck everything up. I don't know what he did but my brakes are shot, and all of my equipment was just thrown around the back of it. Plus, he left the lights on overnight so the battery was 110% dead (thanks, 20 degree weather) and he messed up the hood so it took me 20 minutes just to get that open to jump it. Oh, and he managed to run it into a pole, too, so there is now a huge crater in the side door and a long scrape.

I know he's new but still, when you f*ck up someones stuff you should have the common courtesy to tell them. Jesus Christ I'm pissed off. We've had a lot of people who we've kept on to, and they just lead to problems down the road. Should we keep him, or get rid of him before he has a chance to really screw something up badly?

I would beat him to within an inch of his life and if he were taller I would shoot him or hire some one taller

I voted "fire him" because I'm on my mean mode today.

In my regular days, I would say drop a train on him.

If I'm still pissed tomorrow about it, I'll get in touch with the president of the company and we'll go from there. I ended up being wicked late this morning, and in this profession, time is money.
