Default control arm/sway bar bushings on 5kt

I need to replace my front control arm and sway bar bushings(both inner and outer), and i would like some help with the processes requried to do this job on this particular car. I've done hundreds of sway bar bushings in the past, but never on an audi. I was reading somewhere that i will need a press in order to do the control arm ones, is this true? any help is appreicated.

Default RE: control arm/sway bar bushings on 5kt

Your not gonna be able to replace the bushings by themselves, trust me i've tried. You have to replace the entire link and sway bar which is really easy actually. To take care of everything at once you can get an entire kit from www.ecstuning.com that gives you every single link on the front of the car for $499.
