I wonder about other cars' rims ll fit my audi a4, bmw rims ll fit or?

heres specifations

18" BMW wheels
1/2 inch lip
multi-spoke
5x120 bolt pattern. 18x8.5
check the pics!
local buyers only.
tires need to be replaced. 225/40/18
no bent. just scratches and curb rash.
took-off from the car yesterday.

will it fit?

No those won't fit. You need something with a 5x112 Bolt Pattern. Most Audis except the TT use those and some VWs use them also.
