Can someone tell me what I get in terms of the warranty and maintenance packages that come with the 2006 A3?

Are both completely transferrable?
Warrant is4 years/40k miles?
Maintenance is what in terms of years and mileage?
What do I get with maintenance? Is it oil changes every 5k miles or some other mileage indicator?

Anything else I'm missing?

Warranty is 4/50,000
Service intervals (aka oil changes) are 5, 15, 25, 35, 45

My car has 4 rings, my girlfriend has none.

The warranty and service should be transferrable and there is no out of pocket expenses for each of the scheduled services.
