ECS Tuning impression

I had a problem with an order from ECS Tuning. Every call is sent to a voice mail and hasn't been returned. Several emails go unreturned. WTF is up with them? I'd ask if others had the same treatment, but truthfully I'm done with them as it is.

Could it be because of the holiday? I was able to get a hold of them when I was waiting on something back-ordered, and had no problems. That was a couple months ago.
