brought my audi to dean mccrary for maint and fuel gauge problem. craig was very personable and kept me posted during the servicing. i had never been to this dealer before and once i pulled into the lot i was immediately told where to park and craig got started right away with everything. overall it was a great experience even though i have to come back to get the fuel sender replaced. personable people like craig make a customers experience truely sat.
