Engine surge !!!
 

I have a 1997 Audi Convertible with the V6 2.6 engine, it has been stored for a couple of months. Since starting it up the other day it runs fine with the choke on but as soon as the engine reaches a good temperature it starts to rev up and down by itself as if it's getting a surge of fuel - please help !! Could it be something to do with the airflow meter ?
