I cant get the search feature to work to see if anyone had this problem, but my heated steering wheel does not work. anyone have any ideas? besides fuses?

What kind of car, I've never heard of a heated steering wheel.

1998 a6 2.8 It does have a heated steering wheel, supposed to come on when the seats come on, but does not.
