looking for upgrades

I just got a 2000 A4 Quattro 1.8T, and I'm looking for things to make it a bit quicker.
Any advice on like intake, filters, spark plugs, exhaust, stuff like that. Nothing big like
new turbos to huge mods

1.8 , 2.0 , 2.8 , 3.0 or 3.2

That helps but you can either go custom for exhaust or there are many companys out there.
