Hi, all! Nice to find you here

I am looking for a part that I cannot seem to find anywhere.
On my '92 CS 100 Quattro, there is an intermediate "adapter" that goes between the wiring in the car and the bulb (see image below). The bulb goes in one end, and the other plugs into a 3-prong plug directly wired to the car. I have one of them, but need another. The only numbering on the part seems to be bulb types rather than part numbers...

32/3cp
P21/5W
Bosch

What would this part be called and where might I find it?? The local auto parts stores don't have it, nor can they order it, I have checked several online parts warehouses as well as eBay. Maybe I'm just not searching for the right thing???

Thanks in advance for any help!!

what i would do in your situation is to send out a notification to a bunch of junkyards to see if they have any of these cars layin around(im sure they do) and if that falls through, i personally would try tocome up with something out of a universal socket.

Does anyone know what this part would be called? Or maybe some other Audi models that would use it? Thanks again for any help

It's called a "turn signal bulb socket" but I don't know where you'd get it.  They do occasionally fail so there must be a supplier somewhere.  Have you tried getting a part number from the dealer so you can search for it online?

There's actually a pair of them for sale right now on ebay motors.

It's item number 280183667505 and although it says VW in the title, the description says they'll fit the Audi 100.

Good luck.
