Default Stock amp question

Ok...so I got a new headunit put in and had the premier bypass amp kit, but it makes the fronts a lot louder then the rear ones. Is there a way to turn up the gain on the rear speakers?

Or is there a better way to bypass, other then putting in all new wires and bypassing everything? Also, how would I make the stock subwoofer sound decent again?
