Here are a few questions I have always kinda wondered about:

1.  How much air at maximum is needed for the K03 turbo on the 2.0T?
2.  How much does the stock intake provide?
3.  Will more air be needed when chipped?
4.  What is the maximum air intake the turbo can take in?

I love the Dbilas design but wont pay anything close to that price, but if the turbo does need more air then I was thinking of fabricating my own similar to Dbilas.  Dont like the filters on a stick as much.

All depends on PSI level.

1.  How much air at maximum is needed for the K03 turbo on the 2.0T? Same as #4
2.  How much does the stock intake provide? Get a Vag and measure the g/s
3.  Will more air be needed when chipped? more psi = more air.
4.  What is the maximum air intake the turbo can take in? take off the filter and run with nothing over the maf.  No restrictions will give max flow @ given psi.
