Hey guys, so one more mod on the way. I got me a Xmas present... a new all black badegelss front grille... I like the all blacked out no ring look, makes the front of our cars a little more agggressive/sporty looking. Cost is $79, should have it soon. Will post pics and feedback on the vendor www.dubstop.com, which I have never used before. ECS Tuning only had the grille (Same and same manufacturer) for the pre-facelift models <=01.
Here's the grillle, simple, clean, no badge and all black!

Next I need to repaint my lower grilles and get all the chrome trim around the door/windows, front lower center grill, headlight... all blacked out!

Now i am going to sell my current grill with the AUDI chrome inserts if someone is interested. [Stock grille plus $110 inserts.]
Make an offer. make an offer..

BTW i also have stock sways, springs, exhaust, blades... and I might sell my RSGT's at the right price!

That looks really clean!!!!  I've been wanting to pick one up for a while!!  The only ones I've seen were the mesh ones on ebay or really expensive ones!!  This one looks bettier then all or those and decent price!!!

so here's some initial feedback...I got email notification of order and shipment tracking info anf delivery..... The grill arrived within a week or so of order. Very serious company apparently. I have not yet installed it but put it over the stock one to make sure it was the right model and would fit.. Looks good. Can't wait to install it.
But have not had time and have not even driven th ecar in over a week as I started driving the train. So more to come on install and pics. Cheers
Brice

Looks slick - wish I could replace lower grills and bumper on my C5 audi A6 with the recalled, but never cured, front bumper that falls off when you reverse in mud or snow!

next step clear corners ?

First I will put on my Euro plate, it is on its way, I got the Tracking email yesterday.

Then I will do the clear corners if i can find an easier way to do it than removing all the crap to get the headlights out on the write up I saw on AW. Not up for that. I might smoke the forn headlights just a bit to get a better match with the grill and plate... Like the Jetta on the pics below. I am uploading them now.

I am definitely going to smoke the tail lights though ;)

Yeap saw one, it is my goal but am not sure hot to get to that. Just saw a pic.
But this front grill was affordable and a easy mod. You could try and smoke the rings and ege of a stock grill I guess.
