Brake light
 

Help!!!

When I switch to "S" mode and acclerate, I get a brake light that starts flashing. Is this due to worn pads and rotors, or what. I read that an "O" light comes on when the brake pads are low, instead of the "S". Any input would be appreciated. Also, I just gout it out of 45000 mile Audi warranty service...do they top off all fluids at this service?????
